    I would recommend consuming many foods but the most important are maca, kiwicha. aguaymanto and almonds since it contains vitamins and nutrients, we must be well fed to take care of our health

    What superfoods would you recommend to consume? Why?
    I didn´t have difficulties during the creation of my post, coz is really familiar created this for me.
    I recommend eating quinua, kiwicha and maca coz, they has a lot of vitamins like A, C, D and more complements that they has when you prepare some food with this.

    I recommend that they have a feeding schedule, and knowledge about foods such as maca, quinoa, broccoli, carrots, oranges, among others because that way we can avoid various diseases.

    I would recommend consume Camu Camu because it has a lot of vitamin C and prevents cardiovascular diseases. Also, its properties have been used as antiviral fruit and anti-flu :D!!

    - This week I was able to carry out my activities and I didn't have difficulties.
    What superfoods would you recommend to consume? Why?
    - I'd recommend consuming kiwicha because it contains calcium, phosphorus and iron. Adding kiwicha in our food helps a lot.

    I did not have so many difficulties, for that reason it seemed simple and of great importance.
    What superfoods would you recommend consuming? Why?
    Well, in my opinion, we should consume sweet potato, since it has many proteins and is very beneficial for our health.

    I recommend consuming the superfoods are yacon and maca since they contain few calories and serve to strengthen our bodies and prevent diseases.

    -I have not had much difficulty doing this activity

    -superfoods like fruits and vegetables, as they are healthy and do not contain saturated fats that increase cholesterol in the blood.

    The only difficulty I had was that I did not always eat the same thing during the week and I had to remember what happened most often and make the routine better

      Sebastian "dairy" products are from cows, that means they are not superfoods. Please you can check the activities again to review what superfoods are and give some examples. I will be waiting for your answers.

      I'm going to give you some examples to see the use of "It is" and "they are". It is an egg or It is a tomato. What do you think "It is" is used for? To express a singular or plural sentence about food? On the other hand, They are eggs or they are tomatoes. What do you think "they are" is used for?     I had no difficulties because it helped me a lot to see the examples that the page gave me.

    I would recommend eating aguaymanto or pomegranate, because it has many proteins, antioxidants, and also prevents diseases, but there are many more like quinoa and other grains.

    I did not have many problems but I did take some time to select the meals to explain. I have successfully overcome the difficulties and completed the activities
    •For breakfast: Drink yogurt with pineapple cubes and pumpkin seeds.
    For Lunch: Grilled fish with baked or sautéed vegetables, you can accompany it with half a parboiled
    potato or a little brown rice.
    For Dinner: Sautéed fish with pepper and mushrooms.
    Well that is what I proposed in my activity

It was only difficult for me to choose some food among others, and the super food that I recommend is quinoa for its essential vitamins, minerals and fiber, which help regulate the digestive system and also keep it full and satisfied. It is a gluten-free food and contains iron, B vitamins, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, vitamin E, and fiber.
